Your initial visit with our office gives us the opportunity to introduce you to our office, procedures, staff and policies.
Your initial visit with our office will be a complete diagnostic examination which will include a comprehensive review of your medical history, an oral cancer screening, periodontal (gum and bone support)exam, caries exam, occasional exam, and TMJ (Joint) exam.
After completion of your examination, we will then discuss with you the treatment that is necessary to help you keep your teeth in good health, functioning well, feeling comfortable, and looking great. We will discuss with you any treatment alternatives and establish priority of your treatment care based on immediate needs and concerns.
We will establish a follow up system for your continued care for regular examinations, cleanings, and other specific needs. We have included easy to use email forms for your convenience. We STRONGLY encourage preventive care to keep your smile healthy.
